By accessing or using Glassy Widgets, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Glassy Widgets is an Android application that provides customizable home screen widgets featuring glassmorphism design. The App is available as a free download with optional premium ("Pro") features accessible through in-app purchases.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Android device you own or control, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

• The App offers optional Pro features through in-app purchases processed via Google Play Billing.
• All prices are displayed in the App and on Google Play before purchase.
• We do not directly collect or store any payment information.
• All purchases are non-refundable once completed, as digital content is delivered immediately. For billing disputes, you may request a refund through Google Play's standard refund process.
• If you experience a technical issue preventing access to purchased content, please contact us at support@widgetvibes.com.

All content, designs, graphics, code, and other materials within the App and this website are the intellectual property of WidgetVibes and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WidgetVibes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your device data.
• Any interruption or cessation of the App's functionality.
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the App by any third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
